10 immunity boosting recipes to support your wellness this winter season. Incorporate these delicious recipes and stay well!
Everyone that I know is sick right now, including yours truly.
Yeah, there’s a lot of gross stuff going around right now.
I thought maybe I’d met my “sick” quota after being sick while traveling, but M and I promptly came down with something the day after arriving home.
There’s nothing like the stress of traveling to lower your immunity and pick up all the germs, right?
So right now I’m focusing on being well like it’s my J-O-B.
I’m taking my probiotics, I’m eating my vitamin gummies, and I’m drinking water, kombucha, and hot tea.
It’s hard because I had visions of jumping right back into work after being home, but the universe is forcing me into the dreaded “r” word.
Rest.
Honestly, I actually had a completely different recipe planned to share with you today, but I think we (read: I) need some immunity boosting a little more.
I did a little research on some foods that can help support immunity, and many of the foods are ones I enjoy on a regular basis!
I rounded up 10 recipes that each include an ingredient(s) that will help keep you well as we make our way through the depths of winter.
Bookmark this recipe roundup whenever you need a little wellness boost.
Let me know what you try, and please, stay well, friends!
