Description

Blueprint Berry Yogurt Protein Parfaits are perfect for busy mornings and meal prep. Stir in plant-based protein powder and top with your favorites.


Ingredients

  • 1 5.3 oz container Lovve Lavva Yogurt (Vanilla, Raspberry, Blueberry, Strawberry)
  • 1 TBSP slivered almonds
  • 1/2 TBSP chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 TBSP vanilla plant-based protein powder (optional)
  • generous 1/4 cup KitchFix Granola (Original, Vanilla Berry, Chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Add the yogurt and protein powder (if using) to a small mason jar or bowl and whisk until they’re well combined.
  2. Layer in the chia seeds, slivered almonds, berries, and granola of choice.
  3. Serve immediately or store for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
