Description
Cheezy White Bean Dip made with white beans, nutritional yeast, and tahini. Serve with vegetables or crackers or added to salads and bowls.
Ingredients
- 1 15-oz. can of white beans (great northern, navy, or cannellini beans), drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup runny tahini
- 2–3 TBSP nutritional yeast
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- ¼ cup filtered water
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Himalayan sea salt
- pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients (beans, tahini, yeast, lemon juice, water, garlic powder, salt, pepper) to a high speed blender and process until thick and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and add more nutritional yeast for “cheezy” flavor, lemon juice for acidity, and more garlic, salt, and pepper, to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
