Description

1-bowl Chocolate Sesame Tahini Cookies made with oat flour, tahini, and cacao powder naturally sweetened with maple syrup for a healthy cookie.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the tahini and maple syrup. Add in the oat flour and cacao powder and mix until everything is well-combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the white sesame seeds. Roll the dough into balls with your hands and roll in the sesame seeds until well-coated.
  4. Flatten slightly with your hands so that they resemble small discs, and place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden brown.
  6. Store the leftover cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longterm storage.
