Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1 1/4 cups superfine almond flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup Hu Kitchen Gems
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until it’s well-combined.
- Refrigerate the cookie dough for ~30 minutes before serving.
- Scoop into balls or serve in a bowl.
- Store any leftover cookie dough in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
