Edible vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free cookie dough made with just four ingredients. Scoop into balls or enjoy by the spoonful!


  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1 1/4 cups superfine almond flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup Hu Kitchen Gems


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until it’s well-combined.
  2. Refrigerate the cookie dough for ~30 minutes before serving.
  3. Scoop into balls or serve in a bowl.
  4. Store any leftover cookie dough in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
