Welp, it’s December. Welcome to my first ever F&V holiday gift guide. This time of year can be hectic so I wanted to keep things simple with some easy gift ideas that are thoughtful and fun without breaking the bank. Here are a few of my favorite things that add value to my life on the regular. Check them out to see if they might give meaning to you and yours. Happy holidays!
1. S.W. Basics Lip Balm Flight Variety Pack: In my quest to switch to all natural beauty products, I think Chapstick was the last thing I clung to. No other lip balms seemed to work to adequately moisturize my lips. Then I found this variety pack in a sleek tin by minimalist beauty brand S.W. Basics. I love all of the flavors here, and each tube has only four ingredients or less! Perfect for a stocking stuffer! ($7)
2. Green Pan 12-inch Ceramic Non-Stick Non-Toxic Fry Pan: I love my Green Pans for cooking so much. They make healthy ceramic, non-stick, safe cookware that doesn’t contain any toxic chemicals or pollutants. Perfect for anyone in the family looking for safer cookware that actually works! ($50)
3. PackIt Freezable Lunch Bag: Have food, will travel. For as long as I can remember I’ve been lugging my giant lunchboxes on day trips, winery visits, or busy errand days. I was so excited to see these lunch boxes that actually freeze themselves so you don’t have to worry about icepacks! Perfect for anyone on the go, active, traveling, or, like me, always hungry. ($14)
4. The Original Vacu Vin Wine Saver with 2 Vacuum Stoppers and 2 Wine Servers: My aunt told me about this amazing invention after Dan and I complained how our wine always went bad before we had the chance to drink the full bottle. The pump here works to remove air from the wine bottle, producing an air tight seal that prevents wine from spoiling after opening. It’s amazing. Perfect for any wine lovers on your list! ($22)
5. Stasher Reusable Silicone Food Bag: By now, I’ve given most everyone in my family a few Stasher bags! They make the perfect holiday gift because, trust me, everyone in your life could use some extra reusable storage bags. They come in fun colors, shapes, and sizes to meet all sorts of storage needs! Less plastic usage around the holidays is absolutely cause to celebrate. ($10 -$20)
6. 100% Pure Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream: I may have given up coffee, but I won’t give up this coffee bean eye cream. I’ve struggled with hereditary dark circles for as long as I can remember, so eye creams that brighten and soothe the eye area are a must have for me. This one smells wonderfully like coffee and makes your eye area feel perky and pampered! ($26)
7. John Masters Organics – Sea Mist Sea Salt Spray with Lavender: Curly hair, don’t care. I used to straighten my hair regularly but this year I let it do more of what it wants. I picked up a bottle of this sea salt spray while traveling in Cali this past year and was shocked at how well this spray works (and smells) with just a handful of real ingredients. Perfect for those on your list with wavy/curly locks looking for natural beauty options! ($17)
8. PLANT Apothecary Get Happy Botanical Aromatherapy Body Wash: Just like the scent of product suggests, it makes me so happy. I received a sample of this in my Petit Vour Box over a year ago and I was so crushed when the sample was gone that I immediately ordered a full size. The blend of organic essential oils of geranium and peppermint always put me a good mood no matter what’s going on before and after shower time. ($18)
9. Lifefactory 22-Ounce BPA-Free Glass Water Bottle: Ah, hydration. Why is it so hard to remember to drink water? It helps to have a Lifefactory water bottle to fill up to keep you accountable and thirsty. I used to grab a plastic water bottle on the way to the gym or yoga each afternoon and now I reach for this guy instead. Perfect for fitness enthusiasts or anyone looking to reduce unnecessary water bottle usage and increase their hydration! ($25)
10. Coco-Roons: Literally the first packaged cookie I brought into my life after going plant-based 5 years ago, and we’re still bffs today. Perfect as a fun stocking stuffer! My favorite flavor is Brownie. ($27)
11. Manduka Pro Yoga & Pilates Mat: After committing to yoga this year, I decided a spiffy new yoga mat would be the best thing to keep me motivated. My sister told me that Manduka is the best, and I have to agree! I’ve got nothing but love for this mat and everything we’ve been through together this year. It’s weathered my sweat, tears, and bad moods with a stoic grace. If you’re a current or aspiring yogi, this mat is worth the money. ($82)
12. Numi Tea Organic Ceremonial Matcha: After switching from coffee to matcha in January, I quickly fell in love with Numi tea matcha. I drink it every morning in my Cinnamon Almond Matcha Latte! ($17)
13. Weck Tulip Jelly Jars: Every time I post these jars on Instagram I get a flurry of questions asking where I got them. They’re the perfect size for smaller yums like chia puddings, overnight oats, jams, sauces, and dressings. I also use them to sip on kombucha! ($28)
14. Girl, Wash Your Face: Stop Believing the Lies About Who You Are so You Can Become Who You Were Meant to Be: I recently stumbled upon Rachel Hollis and I’m so glad I did. This book is empowering, insightful, real, and honest. You should read it no matter where you are in your life. I listened on Audible and now I pretty much feel like Rachel is my bff. Perfect for all of the incredible women in your life. ($10)
15. Yoga 365: Daily Wisdom for Life, On and Off the Mat: I can’t take credit for finding this book. My girlfriends and I have a group text going where we keep each other motivated and positive during the workweek. One of my buds started sharing experts from this book and I found myself looking forward to them each day. Perfect as a stocking stuffer for yogis and non-yogis alike– the affirmations apply to life on and off the mat. ($11)
16. Hu Kitchen Chocolate Bundle: Dark chocolate. Do I really need to explain? Hu Kitchen is the best! Refined sugar free, vegan, gluten free, paleo, etc. Get all of the flavors for a chocolate lover in your life. ($45)
