Description

Funky PB&J protein shake with berries, nut butter, and beets! Peanut Butter Jelly & Beet Shakes packed with protein and healthy fats!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 small pre-steamed and frozen beet
  • 1 TBSP all natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (I like raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries!)

Optional toppings

  • freeze-dried raspberries
  • creamy peanut butter
  • unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until well-combined and creamy.
  2. Add more frozen berries or for a thicker shake and a little more almond milk for thinner shakes.
  3. Pour the mixture into jars and serve it immediately with freeze-dried raspberries, more peanut butter, and shredded coconut.
