Description
Strawberry SunButter Bark made nut-free with fresh strawberries, No Sugar Added SunButter, and vegan dark chocolate. The best sweet treat!
Ingredients
- 1 pint Strawberries, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup No Sugar Added SunButter
- ½ cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the strawberry slices in a rectangle, making sure that the strawberries overlap.
- Drizzle SunButter on top and use a spoon so spread it across the dates in an even layer.
- Melt the chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl by heating at 30 second increments until they are fully melted. Alternatively, you can melt them on the stovetop in a small saucepan, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Use a spoon to spread the chocolate on top of the SunButter layer so it coats everything.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator or freezer for 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate has set. When the chocolate is set, the date bark is done! To serve, chop the bark into pieces and enjoy.
- Store leftovers in the freezer for up to one month.
