Description
Sweet and spicy SunButter spinach wrap with cranberries and sriracha. An easy vegan lunch or snack made with simple pantry ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 large tortilla (gluten-free as needed)
- 2–3 TBSP No Sugar Added SunButter
- ½–1 tsp sriracha, to taste
- 1 packed cup fresh spinach
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- 2–3 tablespoons dried cranberries
Instructions
- Warm the tortilla slightly until pliable.
- Spread the SunButter evenly over the tortilla.
- Drizzle the sriracha over the SunButter.
- Layer the spinach, shredded carrots, and dried cranberries down the center.
- Season lightly with salt, if desired.
- Roll the wrap tightly and slice in half before serving.
