Description
Viral Tiramisu Chia Pudding made with Organic Chia Seeds and espresso topped with cacao. Perfect to meal prep for breakfast or a snack!
Ingredients
Tiramisu Chia Pudding
- 1/4 cup Navitas Organics Organic Chia Seeds
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 3–4 TBSP pure maple syrup
- 1 shot espresso
For serving/layering
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk yogurt
- 1 tsp Navitas Organics Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 TBSP Navitas Organics Organic Cacao Nibs
Instructions
- Add the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and espresso to a large mixing bowl and whisk everything to combine.
- Allow the pudding to sit on the counter for 5 minutes, then whisk it again. Cover the pudding and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours to chill and thicken.
- Divide the set pudding into individual weck jars and top with a layer of yogurt and dusting of cacao powder and sprinkle of cacao nibs. Store Tiramisu Chia Pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
