Description
Easy Cookie Dough Protein Truffles made with Evo Hemp Cookie Dough Hemp Protein Bars and dark chocolate for a sweet bite packed with protein.
Ingredients
- 6 Evo Hemp Cookie Dough Hemp Protein Bars (Use Code “FLORA20” for 20% off!)
- 1–2 tsp virgin coconut oil
- ~1 cups vegan dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Prepare a sheet pan meal with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Add the bars to a high-speed blender or food processor along with the melted coconut oil and pulse until the bars are in a rough ball. Don’t over-blend or you’ll lose all of the chocolate chips! The dough should stick together when pressed with your fingers.
- Scoop the dough out of the blender using a cookie scoop and roll it into balls with your hands.
- Add the chocolate to a saucepan over medium heat and heat until the chocolate is fully melted. Transfer the melted chocolate to a small bowl.
- Dip the cookie dough balls in the melted chocolate until they’re completely coated. I like to use a toothpick or two forks. Allow the excess chocolate to drain before transferring them to the parchment lined baking sheet. Complete this process until all of the cookie dough balls are coated in chocolate. At this point, you can add a sprinkle of hemp hearts on top or leave the truffles plain. If you used a toothpick, remove it before allowing the balls to harden. Transfer the cookie dough balls to the freezer or refrigerator for 10-30 minutes to harden.
- Enjoy immediately! Store cookie dough truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and freeze for long term storage.
