Description

5-ingredient peanut butter tahini “fat bites” combining whole foods fats like nuts, seeds, and shredded coconut! Perfect for squashing hunger on long days.


Ingredients

Toppings

  • unsweetened shredded coconut
  • peanut butter drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line and baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Scoop the dough into~2 TBSP balls and transfer to the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with more shredded coconut, if desired.
  5. Bake the bites for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
  6. Store fat bites in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze for a long term storage.
