Description
Mango blueberry overnight oats oats, fresh mango, blueberries, and a spoonful of SunButter. Perfect for summer workweek meal prep!
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
- 4 tsp chia seeds
- 1 TBSP pure maple syrup (optional)
- 2 TBSP No Sugar Added SunButter
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup mango, finely diced or puréed
- 1/2 cup blueberries, for serving

Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jars and mix to combine.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, uncover and top with more blueberries and diced mango desired toppings. Serve immediately!
