Description
Orange chocolate pretzel bark with Endangered Species Orange + Dark Chocolate and gluten-free pretzels. The perfect combo of salty and sweet!
Ingredients
- 4 Endangered Species Orange + Dark Chocolate Bars (~12-oz.)
- 1/2 cup gluten-free pretzels, crushed
- ~1 cup gluten-free pretzels, whole (+more as needed, for topping)
Instructions
- Line a small rectangular dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the chocolate chunks over low heat until they’re fully melted, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
- Remove the chocolate from the heat and stir in the chopped pretzels.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer with the back of a spoon or a spatula.
- Top the bark with whole pretzels in a symmetric pattern.
- Transfer the pan to the freezer and freeze for one hour, or until the chocolate is completely hardened
- Chop the pretzel bark into small pieces using a knife or, alternatively, break it into small chunks with your hands,
- Store leftover pretzel bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week and freeze for long term storage.
