Description

Peanut butter stuffed dates for a quick and healthy snack made with gooey Medjool dates, creamy peanut butter, and dark chocolate chips. So good!


Ingredients

  • 8 Medjool dates, pitted, and split open 
  • 1/4 cup nut butter 
  • 1 TBSP dark chocolate chips 
  • Sprinkle of hemp hearts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the pitted dates on a plate.
  2. Spread ½ TBSP nut butter into the center of each pitted Medjool date.
  3. Sprinkle the stuffed dates with dark chocolate chips and hemp hearts and serve them immediately!
