Description
Savory Stuffed Dates with vegan cream cheese, crushed pistachios, maple syrup, and hemp and chia seeds. Perfect for an elevated appetizer!
Ingredients
- 12 Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup vegan cream (homemade or store bought)
- 2 TBSP roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1 TBSP pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp Navitas Organics Organic Hemp Seeds
- 1 tsp Navitas Organics Organic Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Slice all of the Medjool dates lengthwise down the center and remove the pits.
- To prepare the dates, stuff the center of each date with 2-3 tsp of vegan cream cheese. Sprinkle the dates with the chopped pistachios.
- Drizzle the dates with a tiny bit of maple syrup. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and chia seeds.
- Enjoy immediately!
- Store stuffed dates in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Wait to drizzle the maple syrup and sprinkle the hemp and chia seeds until right before serving.
