Description

Easy overnight oats with strawberries, shredded coconut, and a spoonful of almond butter. Prep several jars in advance for easy weekday breakfast on the go!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 TBSP almond butter
  • 1 TBSP unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 TBSP vanilla protein powder (optional)

For serving

  • fresh sliced strawberries
  • granola

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar and stir everything gently to combine.
  2. Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, serve the overnight oats with fresh sliced strawberries and your favorite granola.
