Description
Creamy vegan hot chocolate made with cacao powder, dark chocolate, and Chocolate SunButter. Perfect for a cozy cold weather companion!
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp unsweetened raw cacao powder
- ¼ cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
- 1 TBSP Chocolate SunButter
- 1–2 tsp pure maple syrup, optional
- pinch of cinnamon, optional
Instructions
- Add the almond milk to a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once milk is warm and steaming, add the cacao powder, chopped chocolate, Chocolate SunButter, and cinnamon and whisk until there aren’t any lumps.
- Taste and add maple syrup in 1 tsp increments to reach desired sweetness.
- Pour into a mug and top with optional shaved chocolate. Serve immediately.
