Ingredients
For the French Toast:

- 2 TBSP cornstarch
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 6–8 slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted
- 1 TBSP vegan butter or coconut oil
For the Filling:
- 1/3–1/2 cup No-Sugar Added SunButter
- 1/2 cup homemade or store bought jam
For Serving
