Description

4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate “Kiss” Cookies that are perfect for any sweet occasion! Easy enough to whip up in one bowl in less than 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1 flax egg (1 TBSP ground flaxseed + 3 TBSP filtered water)
  • 1 cup unrefined coconut sugar
  • 1 bar your favorite dairy-free chocolate bar, loosely chopped or broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix up your flax egg in a large mixing and set aside to gel for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in the peanut butter and coconut sugar and mix until well combined.
  4. Drop 1 Tablespoon balls onto a parchment-covered cookie sheet and flatten slightly with hands.
  5. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until they’re golden brown underneath. Cookies will appear underdone when first removed from the oven. This is totally normal! They will set up as they cool.
  6. Remove from oven, then break up your favorite chocolate bar and press chocolate pieces into the center of each cookie. Allow the cookies to cool slightly before serving.
  7. Store leftover cookies in an airtight container for 3-5 days or freeze for long-term storage.
