Description
4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate “Kiss” Cookies that are perfect for any sweet occasion! Easy enough to whip up in one bowl in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all natural peanut butter
- 1 flax egg (1 TBSP ground flaxseed + 3 TBSP filtered water)
- 1 cup unrefined coconut sugar
- 1 bar your favorite dairy-free chocolate bar, loosely chopped or broken into pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix up your flax egg in a large mixing and set aside to gel for 5 minutes.
- Add in the peanut butter and coconut sugar and mix until well combined.
- Drop 1 Tablespoon balls onto a parchment-covered cookie sheet and flatten slightly with hands.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until they’re golden brown underneath. Cookies will appear underdone when first removed from the oven. This is totally normal! They will set up as they cool.
- Remove from oven, then break up your favorite chocolate bar and press chocolate pieces into the center of each cookie. Allow the cookies to cool slightly before serving.
- Store leftover cookies in an airtight container for 3-5 days or freeze for long-term storage.
