Description

Apple cherry tahini crumble naturally sweetened with Apple Cherry Butter and topped with a tahini, oat, and almond crumble topping.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish with coconut oil. 
  2. Combine the sliced apples, cherries, lemon juice, maple syrup, and the apple cherry butter in a large mixing bowl. Toss everything until the fruit is sticky snd well-coated. 
  3. In a separate bowl, add the rolled oats, almond flour, maple syrup, and tahini. Mix everything well with a spoon so the oats and almond flour are well-coated and crumbly.
  4. Add the fruit to the bottom of the baking dish and top with the crumble in an even layer. 
  5. Transfer the dish to the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the top of the crumble is golden brown. 
  6. Serve the crumble warm. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to one week and reheat before serving.
