Easy blueprint breakfast yogurt bowl with warm berries, sautéed apples, yogurt favorite granola, nut butter, and baked apple chips for crunch!
Ingredients
Sautéed Apples
- 1 tsp unrefined coconut oil
- 1 tart apple, peeled and diced
- ½ lemon, squeezed
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Yogurt Bowl
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- ¼ cup your favorite granola
- 1 TBSP almond butter, drizzled
- handful of Bare Snacks Apple Chips, crushed
Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet on the stovetop over medium heat. Once it’s warm, add in the diced apples, fresh squeezed lemon, cinnamon, and maple syrup and sauté for 8-10 minutes, until soft and fragrant. Set aside.
- Add the fresh or frozen berries to a bowl and microwave in ~30 second intervals until warm and steaming.
- Top the berries with yogurt, sautéed apples, granola, almond butter, and a handful of crushed apple chips.
- Serve immediately!
