Description
5-ingredient beet brownie bliss balls made with cacao powder, nut butter, and roasted beets! Perfect for a healthy snack, dessert, or pre/post workout fuel.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 1 small LoveBeet, or sub one cooked and peeled roasted or steamed beet
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 3 TBSP raw cacao powder (or sub chocolate protein powder or a blend of both!)
- 8–10 gooey Medjool dates
For rolling
- hemp hearts
- raw cacao powder
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and pulse until they’re well-combined, scraping down the sides as needed to recombine.
- Roll the dough into Tablespoon sized balls with your hands and roll the balls in optional raw cacao powder or hemp hearts. Enjoy immediately.
- Store the balls in the refrigerator for up to one week!
