5-ingredient beet brownie bliss balls made with cacao powder, nut butter, and roasted beets! Perfect for a healthy snack, dessert, or pre/post workout fuel.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 small LoveBeet, or sub one cooked and peeled roasted or steamed beet
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 3 TBSP raw cacao powder (or sub chocolate protein powder or a blend of both!)
  • 810 gooey Medjool dates

For rolling

  • hemp hearts
  • raw cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and pulse until they’re well-combined, scraping down the sides as needed to recombine.
  2. Roll the dough into Tablespoon sized balls with your hands and roll the balls in optional raw cacao powder or hemp hearts. Enjoy immediately.
  3. Store the balls in the refrigerator for up to one week!
