Description

Blood Orange Beet Blueberry Shake that are sweet and earthy and packed with vitamins and plant-based protein for a quick breakfast!


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Tone It Up!)
  • 1 TBSP ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 blood orange, peeled and torn into segments (any seeds removed!)
  • 1 small pre-cooked beet, peeled and frozen

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately!
