Description
Blood Orange Beet Blueberry Shake that are sweet and earthy and packed with vitamins and plant-based protein for a quick breakfast!
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Tone It Up!)
- 1 TBSP ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 blood orange, peeled and torn into segments (any seeds removed!)
- 1 small pre-cooked beet, peeled and frozen
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately!

Time does not include time to steam and freeze beets
