Description

Fresh homemade salsa made with sweet cherry tomatoes! Enjoy as a dip with your favorite crackers or as an addition to tacos, burritos, and bowls.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ white onion, diced 
  • juice from 1 lime, squeezed
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup cilantro, de-stemmed 
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • Hu Kitchen Sea Salt Grain-Free Crackers, for serving 

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and pulse until well combined. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed to recombine. Taste the salsa and add more Himalayan sea salt if desired. I didn’t need any more in mine!
  2. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. 
  3. Serve with Hu Kitchen Sea Salt Grain-Free Crackers! Store leftover salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 7 days.
