Description
German style iced coffee made with chilled brewed coffee and vegan vanilla ice cream topped with soymilk and cacao nibs. Perfect for a summer pick-me-up!
Ingredients
- 2–4 cups cold coffee (use decaf if desired)
- 4 scoops vegan vanilla ice cream
- Eden Foods Unsweetened Organic Soymilk
- Coconut whipped cream
- Cacao nibs
Instructions
- Brew coffee using your preferred method and then let it chill in the fridge until it’s cold.
- Scoop 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into each glass until it’s about 2/3 full.
- Pour the cold coffee over the ice cream until it almost fills the glass.
- Add a splash of soymilk and top with coconut whip and cacao nibs. Serve immediately with a tall spoon and a straw.
