Description

Your favorite red, white, and blue frozen fruit kabobs on skewers and drizzled with melted dark chocolate. Perfect for a healthy fourth of July treat!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash the berries, hull the strawberries, and slice the banana. Set aside.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Using wooden skewers, skewer the fruit in a red, white, and blue pattern, alternating until all of the berries and bananas are used.
  4. Carefully lay the kabobs on the parchment lined cookie sheet and set it in the freezer for at least 60 mins, or more, if possible.
  5. Remove the cookie sheet from the freezer. Warm a dark chocolate bar over medium low heat until fully melted. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the frozen kabobs and sprinkle them with crushed Pineapple Coconut Medley. Return the pan to the freezer to set up, or serve immediately.
  6. Store any leftover Frozen Fruit Kabobs in the freezer for 1-2 days, though best when fresh!
