Description
Easy low-sugar shake that’s packed with protein and hidden zucchini! Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack using leftover zucchini from the fridge!
Ingredients
- 12 oz. unsweetened almond milk
- 1–2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup steamed and frozen green zucchini (or sub frozen cauliflower)
- 1 TBSP roasted almond butter
- 1 TBSP ground chia seed (or sub flaxseed or whole chia seed)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to high-speed blender and process until it’s smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk to reach thinner consistency and a little more frozen blueberries or zucchini for thicker consistency.
- Pour the mixture into a large mason jar and enjoy immediately topped with fresh blueberries, almond butter, and ground chia seeds.
