Description

Mix up these quick oatmeal raisin cookie overnight oats for meal prep breakfast with gluten-free oats, raisins, cinnamon, and SunButter.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 4 tsp white chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 TBSP maple syrup 
  • 2 TBSP Organic SunButter 
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a Weck jars and mix to combine.
  2. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the morning, uncover and top with raisins and desired toppings. Serve immediately!
