Description
Easy overnight oats made with fresh squeezed orange, almond milk yogurt, and tart dried cranberries. Perfect to meal prep for breakfast on the go!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Eden Foods Organic Oat Flakes
- 4 tsp chia seeds
- 2 TBSP plant-based protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup Eden Foods Unsweetened Organic EdenSoy
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk yogurt
- 1–2 TBSP pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 tsp orange zest
- ¼ cup Eden Foods Organic Dried Cranberries
- a few spoonfuls of your favorite granola, for serving
Instructions
- Combine oat flakes, chia seeds, optional protein powder, soy milk, almond milk yogurt, and maple syrup in a mason jar or glass container. Stir to combine.
- Add the fresh squeezed orange juice and orange zest and mix well to combine.
- Cover the jar contents and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, taste and add more maple syrup for sweetness, if needed.
- Serve with more dried cranberries, more orange zest, and a spoonful of your favorite granola.
- Store overnight oats in the fridge for 3-5 days.
