Description

Easy overnight oats made with fresh squeezed orange, almond milk yogurt, and tart dried cranberries. Perfect to meal prep for breakfast on the go!


Ingredients


Instructions

  1. Combine oat flakes, chia seeds, optional protein powder, soy milk, almond milk yogurt, and maple syrup in a mason jar or glass container. Stir to combine. 
  2. Add the fresh squeezed orange juice and orange zest and mix well to combine.
  3. Cover the jar contents and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, taste and add more maple syrup for sweetness, if needed.
  5. Serve with more dried cranberries, more orange zest, and a spoonful of your favorite granola.
  6. Store overnight oats in the fridge for 3-5 days.
