Description
PB&J Yogurt Parfait made with peanut butter, fresh strawberries, and plant-based yogurt. Serve with granola for a fun meal prep breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 – 1.5 TBSP crunchy or creamy salted peanut butter
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk yogurt
- ½ cup berries (I love strawberries or raspberries!)
- 1/4 cup your favorite granola
Instructions
- Layer the ingredients in a mason jar as written in the recipe.
- Cover the jar and place in the fridge for up to 5 days for an easy breakfast or snack!
- For the crunchiest granola, add granola right before serving. Enjoy!
