Description

Peanut butter and jelly overnight oats with fresh fruit, peanut butter, gluten-free oats, and flaxseed. Perfect for meal prepped breakfast!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 TBSP golden flaxseed meal
  • 1/22/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1.52 TBSP all-natural peanut butter
  • 12 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup organic strawberries (fresh or frozen), diced or mashed
  • Optional: peanut butter, fresh sliced strawberries, your favorite granola

 


Instructions

  1. Add diced strawberries to a bowl and lightly mash. Some chunks are okay, and actually preferred!
  2. Add all ingredients to a mason jar and stir gently to combine.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Taste in the morning and add optional maple syrup for sweetness.
  5. Serve with peanut butter drizzle, fresh sliced strawberries and your favorite granola.
