Description
Peanut butter and jelly overnight oats with fresh fruit, peanut butter, gluten-free oats, and flaxseed. Perfect for meal prepped breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 TBSP golden flaxseed meal
- 1/2 – 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1.5–2 TBSP all-natural peanut butter
- 1–2 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup organic strawberries (fresh or frozen), diced or mashed
- Optional: peanut butter, fresh sliced strawberries, your favorite granola
Instructions
- Add diced strawberries to a bowl and lightly mash. Some chunks are okay, and actually preferred!
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar and stir gently to combine.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Taste in the morning and add optional maple syrup for sweetness.
- Serve with peanut butter drizzle, fresh sliced strawberries and your favorite granola.
