Description

The perfect 5-Ingredient Guacamole for snacking and dipping. Pair with carrot chips for a killer complimentary color combination!


Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, smashed
  • 1/4 cup green onion (green part only), thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, squeezed
  • Himalayan sea salt to taste
  • pinch of red pepper (optional)

For serving


Instructions

  1. Smash the avocado in a large mixing bowl. You want there to be some large chunks remaining (trust me on this!).
  2. Add in the lime juice, green onion, Himalayan sea salt, and an optional pinch of red pepper flakes and lightly stir to combine.
  3. Serve the guacamole with carrot chips!
  4. Store leftover guacamole in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, though it’s best when fresh.
