Description
Anti-inflammatory shake made with frozen banana, pineapple, turmeric, and a tahini twist. Perfect for post-workout or breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 TBSP ground turmeric
- 1 TBSP tahini
- 2 scoops vanilla protein (optional)
- Bare Snacks Pineapple Chips, for serving
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until well combined and creamy.
- Serve immediately with pineapple chips on top.
