Description

Delicious banana-free smoothie bowl with frozen pitaya, berries, and sweet bell pepper. Perfect for a unique sweet breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup steamed and frozen bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 frozen Pitaya Plus packet
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 TBSP cashew or almond butter

Toppings

  • fresh sliced strawberries
  • white chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Steam and freeze your bell pepper in advance– at last 8 hours before making the bowl.
  2. And all ingredients to a blender and pulse until well combined and creamy, scraping down on the sides as needed.
  3. Spoon mixture into a bowl and top with strawberries and white chia seeds.
  4. Serve immediately!
