Description

Easy raw detox salad with shredded red carrot, tart apple, and red beets. Reset and fuel your body with fruits, veggies, and healthy fats.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch (~2 cups) peeled and shredded Cal-Organic red beets
  • 1 bunch (~2 cups) peeled and shredded Cal-Organic red carrots 
  • 2 tart green apples, diced 
  • 1 lemon, juiced 
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds or chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss together.
  2. Serve as a side or on top of greens. 
  3. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
