Description
Easy raw detox salad with shredded red carrot, tart apple, and red beets. Reset and fuel your body with fruits, veggies, and healthy fats.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch (~2 cups) peeled and shredded Cal-Organic red beets
- 1 bunch (~2 cups) peeled and shredded Cal-Organic red carrots
- 2 tart green apples, diced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 tsp olive oil
- ½ cup sunflower seeds or chopped pecans
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss together.
- Serve as a side or on top of greens.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
