- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ frozen banana OR ½ cup pre-steamed and frozen cauliflower
- 1 TBSP No-Sugar-Added SunButter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon + more for serving
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a glass and top with ground cinnamon and a swirl of SunButter.
- Serve immediately!
