Quick and easy shake with SunButter and plenty of cinnamon. Fruit-free and low-sugar option included. Perfect for a post-workout snack or light breakfast.


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • ½ frozen banana OR ½ cup pre-steamed and frozen cauliflower
  • 1 TBSP No-Sugar-Added SunButter 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon + more for serving


  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to a glass and top with ground cinnamon and a swirl of SunButter
  3. Serve immediately!
