Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl
- ¼ – ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp Navitas Organics Superfood + Sea Veggie Blend
- 1 packets frozen dragon fruit
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
Optional Toppings
- Shredded coconut
- Fresh berries
- Granola
- Peanut Butter
- Navitas Organics Unsweetened Cacao Nibs
- Navitas Organics Mulberries
- Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds
Instructions
- Add the almond milk, protein powder, Superfood + Sea Veggie Blend, frozen dragon fruit, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, and almond milk to a high speed blender. Slowly increase the speed and blend until everything is super creamy and smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed to recombine and add a splash of almond milk as needed to get the blades moving.
- Serve the mixture in a bowl and top with optional toppings: shredded coconut, fresh berries, granola, spoonful of peanut butter, cacao nibs, mulberries, and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
