5-ingredient nut pulp bites naturally sweet with exotic dried fruit. Use your leftover nut pulp in this easy recipe packed with nuts, fruit, and protein.


  • 1 cup raw cashews or mixed nuts
  • 11 1/2 cups nut pulp
  • 2 TBSP nut butter (I used cashew butter)
  • 1/2 cup cup blend of dried mango, dried papaya, and dried pineapple, finely chopped
  • shredded coconut


  1. Combine all ingredients except for shredded coconut in a high speed blender or food processor and pulse until well combined.
  2. Roll into balls with your hands and then roll in shredded coconut (optional).
  3. Freeze for 15-20 minutes to set up, then serve!
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week and freeze for long term storage.
