Peach Raspberry SunButter Smoothie Bowl with frozen peaches, raspberries, and a spoonful of SunButter! Perfect for a quick breakfast.
Let’s talk about peachy perfection for a hot second.
I’m heading to New York today on a business trip, and sometimes before I travel I do this thing where I idealize the trip in my head and try to make all aspects of it “perfect”.
You know, imagining yourself in all of your best outfits, with that perfect hair and makeup day and your best attributes all lit up and glowy, inside and out.
The best version of yourself.
But then I remembered, amidst the hustle of packing today, my anticipation colliding with that promised future moment of perfection that never came, that there is NO PERFECT.
Except for this Peach Raspberry SunButter Smoothie Bowl… it’s pretty darn close.
Stay in the imperfectly perfect present moment with this smoothie bowl for the rest of the summer.
It’s banana-free, low in sugar, and packed with everything you need to start your day well and good.
I got several requests for recipes with peaches on Instagram, and….not to bore you with another banana-free smoothie bowl, but this bowl has been my favorite this summer!
If you’re all about fresh peach summer produce like I’ve been lately, you’re going to LOVE this smoothie bowl!
I love adding frozen peaches to my smoothie bowls because they’re a bit lower in sugar and add a subtle sweetness to your combo.
Per my perfectionist persona, I had to try multiple variations of this bowl to find my most favorite version.
The combination of sweet peaches and tart raspberries with a spoonful of SunButter is perfect for a fresh summer breakfast!
You’re going to love blending up this bowl and watching it turn a pretty pink.

How to Make Peach Raspberry SunButter Smoothie Bowl
If there ever was an example of imperfect perfection it’s a smoothie bowl, am I right?
Sometimes I belabor over the simple recipes for my bowls because it seems like no two smoothie bowls ever really come out alike, regardless of following measurements.
Like special snowflakes, each chilled bowl has its own vibe, and it’s all delicious.
Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until the mixture is well-combined and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add more almond milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.
Pour the blender contents into a bowl and serve it immediately with your favorite toppings!
About SunButter
Have you tried sunflower seed butter yet?
As peanut are to peanut butter, sunflower seeds are the only ingredient to SunButter!
I actually have a pretty good (read: sad) story about my first taste of SunButter:
Spreading it on crackers for my first meager plant-based Thanksgiving on the road while attending a very non-vegan-friendly Thanksgiving dinner.
You can bet that that year I was thankful for SunButter.
Since then, I’ve definitely upscaled my SunButter enjoyment.
This creamy seed butter made from organic sunflower seeds is a tasty alternative when you’re burnt out on nut butters or avoiding them for whatever reason.
It’s perfect to add creaminess and a bit of toasty richness to even out the sweet fruit in this smoothie bowl!
If you don’t have SunButter on hand, try substituting any nut or seed butter, but I think the sunflower seed flavor adds a little extra something special!
How to Serve Peach Raspberry SunButter Smoothie Bowl
Enjoy this Peach Raspberry SunButter Smoothie Bowl whenever you’re craving a light refreshing breakfast.
But don’t let the light pink color fool you, this bowl is packed with fresh fruit, protein, and all of the healthy fats.
Try switching out the berries for different variations; I like blueberries instead sometimes!
If you’re looking for a more “peaches ‘N’ cream” feel, go for the optional addition of almond milk yogurt for extra creaminess.
I love mine topped with fresh raspberries, granola, sliced peaches, and more SunButter!
I like to dip my serving spoon in more SunButter before serving to make sure you get a bit of SunButter with each spoonful.
Enjoy!
