Erewhon-inspired Pink Coconut Cloud Smoothie with a berry and pomegranate swirl that’s vegan, creamy, and perfect for a nutritious treat!

As the snow starts to melt outside my windows, I’m finally spotting little patches of grass peeking through.
It’s a quiet but hopeful sign that winter won’t last forever.
After weeks of cold, gray days and being cooped up indoors, I can feel my energy slowly starting to shift.
I’ve been in a bit of a funk lately, missing my daily walks and the simple joy of being outside in fresh air and sunlight.
There’s something about that first glimpse of green returning that makes me crave brightness in every area of life, especially in the kitchen.
This Pink Coconut Cloud Smoothie was my way of leaning into that feeling.
It’s vibrant, creamy, and uplifting; exactly the kind of colorful boost I needed this week.
The soft coconut “cloud” paired with bright berries feels playful and nourishing all at once, and the natural pink hue makes it perfect with Valentine’s Day this month.
Whether you’re celebrating with someone you love or simply making something beautiful for yourself, this smoothie is a sweet reminder that brighter days are on the way.

What You Need to Make Pink Coconut Cloud Smoothie
Here’s what you need:
- Frozen Raspberries or Strawberries or a Mix
- Frozen Banana
- coconut water
- Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- Navitas Organics Superfood+ Digestive Blend
- Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder
That’s it!
This smoothie keeps things simple while still delivering a luxurious, café-style experience.
Frozen berries bring vibrant color and tangy sweetness, while banana adds natural creaminess to balance the flavor.
Coconut cream creates that signature “cloud” richness both in the glass and in the smoothie itself.
Coconut milk keeps everything blendable and light, and frozen berries add body and a subtle heartiness that makes this smoothie extra satisfying.
Finally, the Navitas Organics Digestive Blend and Pomegranate Powder elevate the recipe with superfood benefits, gentle fiber, and a boost of berry brightness.

How to Make Pink Coconut Cloud Smoothie
Start by adding 1/4 cup of canned coconut cream to the bottom of a large smoothie glass.
Use the back of a spoon to spread the coconut cream up the sides of the glass, creating a soft “cloud” lining that gives this smoothie its signature look.
Next, add the frozen berries, frozen banana, coconut water, coconut milk, Navitas Organics Digestive Blend, and pomegranate powder to a high-speed blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, adding an extra splash of coconut milk as needed to thin or a bit more frozen berries to thicken.
Once blended, pour the pink berry smoothie into the prepared glass and gently swirl with a straw or skewer for a marbled effect.
Drizzle on more coconut cream on top!
Finish with a dusting of pomegranate powder or fresh berries before serving.

Navitas Organics
In this recipe, I used Navitas Organics Superfood+ Digestive Blend and Navitas Organics Pomegranate Powder.
Navitas Organics superfood powders make it easy to transform everyday smoothies into something truly special.
In this recipe, the Superfood+ Digestive Blend adds a subtle berry flavor along with plant-based fiber and functional ingredients designed to support gut health.
The Pomegranate Powder brings a naturally tart brightness and enhances the smoothie’s vibrant pink hue without the need for artificial colors or sweeteners.
Both powders are organic, nutrient-dense, and conveniently shelf-stable.
This makes them an accessible way to boost both the flavor and nourishment of your smoothie routine while creating a café-worthy drink at home!

Swaps and Substitutions
This Pink Coconut Cloud Smoothie is easy to customize based on what you have on hand.
Swap the raspberries or strawberries for frozen cherries, blueberries, or mango for a different flavor profile and color.
If you don’t have coconut milk, oat milk or almond milk work beautifully for a creamier finish.
Add rolled oats, chia seeds, or flaxseed for a thickening effect with added omega-3s.
You can also substitute the frozen banana with frozen cauliflower for a lower-sugar option that still keeps the smoothie creamy.
If you don’t have the Navitas Organics powders, a scoop of plant-based protein or additional berry powder can step in while still delivering a nourishing boost.

How to Serve Pink Coconut Cloud Smoothie
Serve this smoothie immediately after blending for the best texture and visual swirl.
A tall, clear glass shows off the coconut cream cloud lining and vibrant pink color beautifully.
For an Erewhon-inspired finish, top with a dusting of pomegranate powder, fresh berries, or a drizzle of coconut cream.
This smoothie pairs perfectly with a light breakfast, post-yoga snack, or afternoon pick-me-up!
It offers a refreshing balance of creamy coconut richness and bright berry flavor in every sip.
Enjoy!
